Cancellation policies for certain clients can vary and Zoomaway will pass on the vendor's (host) cancellation policy to its customers.
Zoomaway (and its subsidiaries and web products) provide travel bookings and other tourism-related products. Individual and Group cancellation policies are supported and outlined in all our technology pieces and customers must agree to these policies before proceeding to finishing their transactions.
Large group outings operate under a separate individual contract provided to the group leader. The specific cancellation terms for your group booking will be defined in that contract. Please review your group contract carefully before confirming your booking.
For bookings involving third-party vendors (golf courses, lodging properties, restaurants), Zoomaway will pass on the vendor's cancellation policy to its customers. Applicable vendor policies will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
